SeaWavesOnline.com provides the customers with the facility of online purchases for which they will be able to review the products from our site and place the orders. The online shopping facility provided by us is very simple and transparent so that the customers are not placed in any sort of discomfort while shopping online.

Add a required item onto Shopping Cart – Online Purchase by clicking on “Online Purchase” button to choose the product category and go to the desired product. Then put the quantity and click “Add to Requirement list” located below the each items. You can view the items in your requirement list at any time by clicking on “Requirement list " located at upper right corner of our website.

Continue Purchase

If to continue purchase more items , please click “ continue Shopping ” button

Changing Quantity of Items

Quantity of each item in requirement list can be changed by clicking on "+1" to add, and "-1" to subtract.

Deleting Items

You can delete those items selected once and you decided later not to buy from your requirement list by clicking on "Delete" button.

Submit the Purchase

Click on "Submit the Purchase" button, Then the item will be listed in " Requirement list "

Purchase Placement

Furnish all details required and click the “Purchase” button, otherwise go back; if needed to amend all details given.

Sea Waves operates in the city of Abu Dhabi in U.A.E.. Our operations are limited to the country of U.A.E.. Customers from outside U.A.E. can also purchase provided they are willing to bear the courier charges incurred. Customers can place their order through the website or can contact us directly over the phone and email for their requirements of stationery supplies.

Orders

Seawavesonline.com provides the power to our customers to shop and purchase products directly from their comfort of home or office. Customers are supposed to register a free account with us and order the products through it. In case of emergencies, it is also possible to do a “Guest Login” so that you don’t lose any timing creating the account.
Customers who are interested in our product line can log in and purchase directly by placing an order through the website. Alternately, it is also possible to make an order through telephone. For corporate customers, who need a quotation as well as best prices for bigger quantities can send a mail with your requisition to sales@seawavesonline.com

Delivery

The delivery of the supplies is subject to the availability of the product and the customers will be informed regarding the date of delivery. Delivery times will be fixed only after consultation with the customers which will be done directly or by courier.

Delivery in UAE : Delivery is free in the city of Abu Dhabi for a purchase above AED 200. Below purchases of AED 200, a delivery charge of AED 15 is applicable. Alternately, customers can directly come and collect the supplies from any of our retail outlets within Abu Dhabi, so that the delivery charges can be avoided. For locations of our outlets, kindly check the showrooms section in Home Menu.

Delivery outside UAE : For customers from outside UAE who would like to purchase through the website, the international courier charges has to be paid by them. In such a case, the customers can ask us to provide us regarding the courier charges.

As the courier charges vary from country to country along with the weight and dimensions, it is not possible to publish a standardized courier charge in the website. Hence customers are requested to enquire with us regarding the website while placing an order. Once we receive such a request, we will check the charges that will be incurred for us to deliver to your destination.

Once you are informed about the delivery charges, it is possible to either process the order or cancel it. Customers will also be informed regarding the number of days it will take for delivery as well as the mode of delivery.

Once the customer confirms the order, the payment has to be done through the website as cash on delivery option is not available for international couriers.

Payment

Customers placing orders can pay for it using different methods.
Credit card/Debit Card/Internet Banking : Using payment gateway system in the website, it is possible to make payments using debit cards, credit cards and internet banking. Customers won’t be charged extra for such transactions.
Cash On Delivery : Alternately customers can also select Cash on Delivery option by which it is possible to make the payment only in cash at the time of delivery. This service is only available for customers within U.A.E.. Customers outside of UAE should make the payment through the payment gateway options provided within the website.

Return and Cancellation Policy

The orders placed in the website can be updated or cancelled. Once an order is placed by a customer, they will be getting a call from us for confirmation. It is possible upto this point for the customer to cancel the order. Customers can call any time before they get the confirmation call to cancel the order. They can also cancel the order during the call.

Regarding return policy, the customers can return the goods if it is delivered in bad condition or broken. We always make sure that the products delivered to our consumers in the best condition possible. In case of damage or breakage, customers can request us to return the goods for which they will be refunded including the delivery charges. Customers at the point of delivery should always make sure that the goods has been delivered in good condition.
